Safe Step Walk-In Tub, the #1 selling walk-in tub in America, is looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals who are looking to break out of the ordinary everyday world of customer service, and join our team of Appointment Scheduling Specialists at our National Headquarters office in Nashville, TN.
We are open 7 days a week and have full-time afternoon, evening and weekend positions available.
Job Priority: Scheduling appointments for Outside Sales Representatives. Qualified applicants must be critical thinkers with excellent computer skills including a proficiency in Internet Search Engines and accuracy in data entry. A pleasant phone voice and sales team oriented attitude are a definite plus!
NO COLD CALLING - This position will set appointments as a result of inbound calls, call back customers who are missed, coordinate brochure mailings to customers who request further information, and follow up with customers who need to reschedule appointments.

High School Diploma or equivalent
Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications and ability to type 30 wpm
Multi-Task between multiple screens while speaking with the customer
Call Center experience a plus
Excellent Communication Skills
Ability to sit-down for 8-9 hours a day on average and effectively make and receive phone calls

- Compensation: Hourly + commission, average annual income $40,000- $80,000
